How Document
Signing Works
We use a combination of remote online notarization (RON) and in-person signing, depending on the document.
Most estate planning documents can be signed remotely using secure video notarization. This allows you to sign from home without coordinating witnesses or logistics.

Wills are typically signed in person. While Florida law permits electronic wills under specific circumstances, in-person signing remains the most widely accepted and reliable method. We use this approach as a best practice to ensure clarity and enforceability.
